Football Drills, Thrills and Spills: Father Son Fun. Ethan and I play a game in the backyard where he runs across the yard and I try to knock him down with a rolling full-size stability ball. He loves it! It’s great exercise. Sometimes he gets knocked around. Sometimes there are tears. But Ethan always bounces back and he’s ready to go again. I’m such a proud Dad.
