Workout Playlist- “Be Safe. Be strong. Be cool”

A quick 10 song, 40 minute playlist that I use for strength training. This is definitely not your Moms cardio soundtrack. The tempo is strong and steady. I use it to stay focused and I try to synchronize my reps to each song… which is a great way to boost your workout.
